France, Sospel - Hospital Centre

The hospital includes short-medicine services, medium and long-term care and two living units in a nursing home. Currently, it spreads over a length of about 200 m, in two separate buildings (the main site and nursing home), separated by a road that does not facilitate the access.
For this purpose, the operation involves the design and construction of two extensions: the first of about 8,500 m² in the SOUTH area (6 levels) and the second of 1000 m² in the NORTH area (4 levels).
The new buildings will be accessible to people with reduced mobility on the restructured parties of the existing building. The aim of the project is to improve the accessibility and achieve compliance with current regulations.
