Italy, Parma - S. Eurosia Shopping Centre

Construction of the area in Parma between Via Traversetolo and the Southern Bypass, forming part of a planned development on an area of 55 ha. The works to be carried out consist of a shopping centre of 18,500 m2 with underground parking, an affordable housing development of 2,700 m2 (50 flats) and upgrading of Provincial Road 513 by widening the road, adding new footpaths, cycle path, new junctions, bus stops and a new roundabout.
