Construction of a residential complex located in the prestigious North Shore area in Long Island, thirty minutes from Manhattan and which is the gateway to the Hamptons.
The luxury apartments are managed by the renowned hotel chain Ritz Carlton services within a complex with outdoor and covered pools, private park, clubhouse restaurants, gym and theater equipped for art entertainment.
The project consists of the construction, as the Construction Manager, of three buildings to complete the complex for a total of 120 apartments spread over 40,000 square meters, including also the internal infrastructure and gardens.
