Perù, Iquitos - Hospital II César Garayar Garcìa
Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. reinforced its presence in Peru’s healthcare sector with the acquisition of a second hospital in Loreto’s region, following the recent award of the INEN cancer centre in Lima.
The project is in association with Peruvian partners Construtora Mediterraneo, Mantto, Uranio Group and Dextre and has the goal of improving the heath requirements of the region.
The total value of the contract will include the design and build of the new hospital that is going to substitute the existing complex.
The building will accommodate 179 beds, a modern first aid, a maternity ward, surgery ward, intensive care, radiology department, general medicine, chemical analytical laboratory and physical therapy.
The size will be about 22.000 m2 in total.
