Civil construction (residential, commercial, business centre, productive, hospitals) represents an important operational activity  for the Pizzarotti group and is a constant investment opportunity.

Years of production success show the level of excellence reached in this field, both on a local and international level.

The following projects provide examples of results achieved: Hospitals in Tuscany (health facilities built and managed in project financing on behalf of the ASL of Prato, Lucca, Massa and Pistoia), the School “Guardia di Finanza” (Financial Guard) in Bari (intended to the teaching and training of Financial Guard Cadets, including all logistical support functions and services), construction of the new Medical-Technological Center at Timone Hospital in Marseille. Quality assurance and compliance with lead times have always distinguished the realization of these projects.
