On the occasion of World Quality Week, we celebrate the value of continuing education by sharing an initiative that represents a significant step in the growth path of our organization, dedicated to the heart of construction: concrete, a material that symbolizes the quality and durability of works. For the second consecutive year, technical training sessions dedicated to Quality Managers and Inspectors of prefabrication plants and construction sites continue. This year, the topic covered one of the most relevant areas for our sector: “Concrete: checks during production and on site”.

The initiative was carried out in collaboration with a highly qualified Laboratory and Training Center. It represented an important opportunity to update, compare, and consolidate expertise in regulations, testing methodologies, and best operational practices, with particular attention to concrete quality and control at every stage of the construction process.

Promoted and organized within the framework of Corporate Quality, the initiative was born from the desire to strengthen the Culture of Quality as a strategic lever for risk reduction and continuous improvement of “quality of the built”. Investing in the technical training of our people means, in fact, investing in the safety, reliability and sustainability of the works we carry out.

For us, quality is not just a requirement to be respected, but a value to be cultivated, built day after day through people’s expertise, attention, and passion.
