The site is progressing according to schedule thanks to the coordinated efforts of the tradespeople and partners involved in the project. Currently, around 40 workers and a dedicated technical team are on site, working to a shared plan for the renovation, restoration and functional and systems upgrades, ensuring operational continuity, safety and high-quality execution.

The project, commissioned by the Consulate General of Italy in Zurich to Pizzarotti SA, will give the city a completely renovated space designed to host institutions, cultural activities and services for the large Italian community.

A project of great cultural value that combines architectural restoration, innovative building services and the enhancement of a historic building, with the aim of creating a true ‘home for Italians’ in Zurich.
