Started the construction site in Villabate of the Nursery School Falcone – Borsellino, located in the neighborhood “Fondo Vitale,” Via Guglielmini / Matteotti, one of the most degraded areas of the municipality of Villabate, near the border with the city of Palermo, on whose territory lies one of the two entrances of the district.

Present at the start of the project, which concerns the complete renovation and re-functionalization of the facility, were Mayor Gaetano Di Chiara, RUP Dr. Giovanna Giordano, CSE Arch. Massimo Zibellini, subcontractor CEIF (represented by Luigi De Simone) and our Pizzarotti staff from Palermo composed of Eng. Bartolo Di Salvo, Eng. Silvia Lo Bue and Geom. Giovanni Mangiapane.

The construction site, which will be completed by schedule on Jan. 15, 2026, includes in the overall work, the renovation of the two existing buildings, school and gymnasium, the construction of a new structure on the school building and a new multipurpose center, and the redevelopment of all relevant indoor and outdoor spaces.
