Tuscan Hospitals: Since 2013, Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. has been involved in both full risk maintenance, ordinary and extraordinary, of the buildings and fixed installations of the new hospitals in Prato and Pistoia, and in the management of all non-health and commercial services of the four hospitals in Massa-Apuane (360 beds), Lucca (410 beds), Prato (540 beds), and Pistoia (400 beds).

The initiative is part of a broader Project Finance scheme focused on the design and construction—which took place between 2009 and 2013—and twenty-year management of four hospitals located in the Tuscany region.

In the video, we take you inside the facilities, where our daily work now focuses on routine and special maintenance of the systems and civil engineering works, as well as managing catering and cleaning services, with the aim of ensuring that hospital environments are always safe, clean, and functional for the well-being of patients and staff.
