The initiative of the technical visits to construction sites organised for colleagues of Impresa Pizzarotti continues, promoted to foster the diffusion of corporate know-how and to bring the staff of the various corporate functions closer to the realities of construction sites.

At the Cepavdue construction site, after the safety induction and the presentation of the project, it was possible to visit the tunnel connection, some technological buildings and the Mincio viaduct, with an overview of the new Peschiera del Garda motorway junction.

At the Port of Genoa, participants closely followed the progress of the works for the reorganisation of the port road system, delving into safety issues and observing the Ponte del Papa (Pope’s Bridge) and its spectacular launching phases.

On the other hand, at the La Bozzoliana construction site, dedicated to the railway track-doubling between Piadena and Mantua, they observed the execution methods of complex works and the dredging operations of the River Oglio for the recovery of a railway wreck.

Finally, a visit to the prefabrication plant in Pontetaro offered the opportunity to learn first-hand about the production process of concrete elements, from concreting to curing.

Concrete experiences of sharing, growth and knowledge, fundamental for strengthening the sense of teamwork and the link with the projects.
