Impresa Pizzarotti’s Team Building activities continue: in recent days, the Italian Operations Team took part in a training day, an important opportunity to reflect and work together on two key aspects of leadership and teamwork: the enhancement of resources and the ability to delegate consciously.

Through practical activities and discussions, participants were able to observe first-hand the real dynamics that emerge in team management and responsibility. A strong and shared message emerged during the day: human capital is the most valuable resource.

At the same time, delegating consciously means not only distributing tasks, but also generating trust, responsibility and shared growth. This was an important experience for our people, providing them with concrete tools and greater awareness to take back to their daily work.
