In this spirit, the Administration Department of Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. enjoyed a special day under the motto “Different paths, same direction”: a valuable opportunity to come together, get to know one another even better and strengthen that sense of belonging which makes every team stronger.

Thanks to the organisational support of Cisita and the facilitation of trainers Elisabetta Magnani and Barbara Boschi, colleagues from the Parma office came together with teams from construction sites across Italy, creating a genuine moment of connection and sharing.

Set against the green backdrop of Monte delle Vigne, participants enjoyed an experience rich in discussion, listening and collaboration, confirming just how much dialogue, synergy and team spirit are fundamental elements for tackling the challenges of the present together and building the future.
