What happens when you bring together different skills, limited resources and the aim of working towards the same goal? Great teamwork is the result.

On 18 September, against the stunning backdrop of Monte delle Vigne, the Domestic Operations Division held a team-building day, which was also attended by key representatives from head office departments that work with the Division on a daily basis, with the aim of deepening mutual understanding and strengthening relationships.

With the invaluable support of Maatmox, the highlight of the day was an original challenge: to build a boat together, working in independent groups, each responsible for a part of the project and with limited resources. The final assembly transformed the individual parts into a single boat, symbolising how different skills, contributions and perspectives must come together to achieve a common goal.

It was an opportunity to step away from the daily routine, get to know one another better and strengthen those professional bonds that are essential for working in an increasingly integrated and effective manner, steering us all in the same direction.
