Last week, the Legal Italy, Legal International and Contract & Risk Management teams at Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. put themselves to the test during a team-building day at Monte delle Vigne, focusing on collaboration, problem-solving and mutual trust.

The experience confirmed a key principle: individual excellence is essential, but it is not enough to build a truly effective team. To tackle complexity, the following are required:

a clear focus on objectives and determination
active listening and direct communication
integration between roles, skills and shared priorities

The value of a team is not simply the sum of individual talents, but the ability to connect them and steer them towards a common goal.
