Our teams’ immersive training days continue. The Project Control Italia, AP&C and Controllo di Gestione teams at Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. took part in an outdoor training experience in the picturesque setting of Monte delle Vigne, which focused on developing soft skills and building a cohesive team geared towards achieving a common goal.

The participants, divided into three groups, worked together on fundamental topics such as problem solving, planning, organisation, collaboration, effective communication and trust building, with the aim of achieving a shared result.

A day that reminded each and every one of us how success stems from synergy, listening and mutual trust.
