Sustainability Report 2025: Circular Economy

Our commitment to the energy transition marked a turning point in 2025. We firmly believe that sustainability must be translated into bold operational choices and measurable data that can transform our environmental impact in practice.

A particularly positive figure concerns electricity acquired from renewable sources: in 2025, it amounted to 7,366,575 kWh, an extraordinary growth compared to just 12,758 kWh in 2024, thanks to the activation of new contracts for the supply of certified renewable sources. Self-produced electricity from photovoltaics stands at 5,040,235 kWh (-14.0%), a decrease due to meteorological variables compared to the previous year. The share of renewable sources in our energy mix rose from 6.9% to 93.1%.

This is accompanied by virtuous resource management, which has allowed 49.7% of the waste produced on construction sites to be recovered and recycled. The validity of this ESG path is today also confirmed by the prestigious EcoVadis recognition (Gold Medal, 81/100).
