Present at the soft opening organized by Belgrade Waterfront and St Regis Hotel were the President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the client, and numerous local dignitaries. The soft opening was an opportunity to tour the interiors, the Wine Bar, the Lobby, one of the hotel’s suites, and to explore its many exclusive facilities, such as the swimming pool, SPA, gym and meeting rooms.

The “Kula Belgrade” building is part of a larger residential and commercial project called Belgrade Waterfront, located on the bank of the Sava River in Belgrade. The 168 m high tower, with a total of 41 above ground levels and 2 underground levels, will house the St. Regis Belgrade and Residence, offering a must-see attraction for the city: an observation deck at the top of the tower that provides a 360-degree panoramic view.
