Romania, Construction Site A7 Lot 1 Dumbrava-Mizil
All activities on the construction site continue as planned, which to date have reached a progress of 86.49% with the employment of 316 construction vehicles and 765 people (directly employed + subcontractors).
To meet the deadlines, work on the A7 construction site is carried out both during the day and at night. This is demonstrated by a video that has gone viral showing the installation of beams on the motorway crossings, carried out late at night.
Lot 1 of the Ploiesti – Buzau motorway represents the second contract signed out of a total of 13 lots for the entire A7 Ploiesti – Pașcani project. This important project was entrusted to Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. and Retter Projectmanagement, an increasingly motivated and goal-oriented team.
Despite the fact that the section is only 21 kilometres long, the construction of Lot 1 presents a high degree of complexity, involving the construction of 14 bridges and a 550-metre complex passage.
