Part of the overall development plan for Monaco Harbor, the project included the yacht club building, sailing school, nautical society, show room, parking lot, and related facilities.

The New Yacht Club is HQE High Environmental Quality. All project participants followed strict HQE procedures, signing the “Charte Chantier Vert” (Green Site Charter).

Impresa Pizzarotti was in charge of all structural and underwater activities.
