Pizzarotti was awarded the tender announced by the University of Parma for the Framework Agreement concerning the extraordinary maintenance works to be carried out on the university building heritage.

This agreement concerns the execution of a wide range of interventions, including renovations, modernizations, regulatory adjustments and seismic improvements, which will be carried out with sustainable materials and techniques. The interventions will be aimed at ensuring that the building heritage of the University is maintained, preserved, improved and adapted to the current and future needs of the institution from a sustainable perspective, while providing safe, functional spaces that respect the historical characteristics of the built environment.
