Development of a residential complex located on Long Island’s prestigious North Shore, approximately 30 minutes from Manhattan and serving as a gateway to the Hamptons.

The luxury apartments are managed by the renowned Ritz-Carlton hotel chain and are part of a complex featuring indoor and outdoor pools, a private park, a clubhouse with restaurants, a fitness center, and a theater.

The project, carried out in the capacity of Construction Manager, involved the construction of three buildings to complete the complex, for a total of 120 apartments spread over 40,000 square meters, in addition to internal infrastructure and landscaping.
