Erection of a reservoir for collecting the overflow of the Parma Torrent, with the consequent securing of the entire Parma province in addition to the elimination of any hydro-geological risks.

The project features the erection of a 13 meter-high reservoir and a 94-meter dam capable of holding 17 million cu.m. of water; moreover, the banks will be equipped with adjustable bulk-heads that may be shut-down in the event of flooding as to enable the artificial lake to take in the excess water.
