The project involves the design of a complex comprising 10,000 social housing units, the construction of the first 1,000 units and the associated multisectoral public infrastructure, as well as the creation of an industrial base dedicated to the processing of construction materials and the prefabrication of structural elements.

Overall, the initiative is of strategic importance to the State of Cameroon, representing a significant step toward industrial development and a concrete boost to the country’s economic growth.
