The Residence degli Aranci is a village built on approximately 18 thousand m2 in Mineo, near Catania.

Inside there are also sports facilities, for aggregation and rooms for a supermarket. The structure can accommodate several thousand people in homes where US Navy soldiers serving at the nearby Sigonella base and their families have lived for a decade.

At present the structure is unused but kept in a perfect state of conservation: it represents an asset with considerable development potential.
