The project, overlooking the natural bay of the Bay of Kotor, involves the construction of the first “One&Only” luxury resort in the Mediterranean.

The resort complex includes 121 hotel rooms, 10 villas, a conference center, a spa, restaurants, and a beach club.

The project also includes the construction of residential buildings comprising a total of 239 apartments, a marina with a yacht club and commercial spaces, forming a high-end integrated development designed to enhance the scenic landscape of the Bay of Kotor.
