The Pizzarotti Group is the majority shareholder and developer of this real estate project in Monte Carlo’s prestigious “Carré d’Or.”

The building’s design was the subject of an international architectural competition, won by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, who drew inspiration from the views of the Casino Gardens and the Mediterranean Sea.

The complex stands out for its elegant interior details, the use of high-quality materials for the facades, large planters on every floor, and expansive sliding windows overlooking the sea and the Casino Gardens.
