The project involves a contract worth over €350 million for the design and construction of the new Saint-Laurent du Maroni prison, commissioned by the APIJ (Agence publique pour l’immobilier de la justice) in French Guiana.

The joint venture, which we lead, includes architecturestudio, Ingérop, CS Ingénierie, EQUANS Ineo, AXIMA CONCEPT, and Sodexo. Commissioned by the French Ministry of Justice in French Guiana, the project involves the construction of various facilities and functional units, including the Court of Justice, the prison, the Prison Integration and Supervision Service, the Juvenile Judicial Protection Service, and common areas for staff. An optional phase for the construction of a road link is also planned.
