Near Monaco’s “Jardin Exotique,” a 15-story underground parking garage with 1,850 parking spaces was designed and built, alongside a real estate development by the Pizzarotti Group that includes 41 luxury apartments, complete with a swimming pool and amenities.

Located at the highest point of the Principality, built on 6 underground floors and 20 above-ground floors, this residential tower consists of 45 apartments and 1 penthouse. The project presented numerous challenges, including site logistics, due to the lack of space around the work area to store materials during excavation and construction.
