The construction of the “Kula Belgrade” building is part of the larger Belgrade Waterfront residential and commercial project, located on the banks of the Sava River in Belgrade.

The tower, standing 168 meters tall and comprising 41 above-ground floors and 2 underground levels, has been completed and houses the St. Regis Belgrade and the Residence. A distinctive feature of the tower is the observation deck located at the top, which offers a 360° panoramic view of the city.
