The second collaboration between the Pizzarotti Group and Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, following “Petite Afrique” in the Principality of Monaco, took shape near New York’s High Line, the former elevated freight railway line that has now been transformed into a public park on Manhattan’s West Side.
The building, named “Jardim,” reinterprets the “NYC Concrete Urban Jungle,” organized around an internal courtyard defined by two building blocks facing West 27th and West 28th Streets. The project resulted in the creation of 36 apartments characterized by high standards of luxury.
