The construction of the new metro line includes a tunnel of about 6 kilometers, two new underground stations (Le Bourget Airport and Triangle de Gonesse), six auxiliary works (mainly ventilation wells and safety access wells)the TBM’s intermediate shaft at Bonneuil-en-France and a 750-metre access trench at Gonesse.

Civil works began in May 2019.
