The project involved the construction of two structures, “Building 2” and “Building 4”, in a property located in the Castellaccio area of Rome, already leased to ENI. The contract was completed in approximately 20 months for building 4 completed in 2018 and 30 months for building 2 completed in 2019. In addition to the offices and conference rooms, additional structures were created such as the company canteen and nursery, top management and Eni coffee space integrated into the 2 buildings. A total of 80,000 m2 were built, corresponding to approximately 35,000 m2 of gross surface area.
