The Elisa is an 11-story residential building housing 25 high-end residential units at 251 West 14th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. The building’s design was entrusted to Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, known for his innovative approach and ability to combine aesthetics and functionality. Thanks to his vision, The Elisa is distinguished by elegant lines, fine interiors, and a strong focus on natural light, making each apartment a small living masterpiece.

Valued at about 75 million euros, The Elisa is the result of a collaboration between the Pizzarotti firm and the Casiraghi family of Monaco, which contributed to the ambitious project.
