The Principality of Monaco’s expansion toward the sea has led to the construction of a maritime infrastructure in the heart of Monte Carlo, supporting a major real estate development program. Four new neighborhoods—Port, Jardins d’eau, Colline des Pins, and Bords de Mer—have been completed, featuring 10 villas, 4 townhouses, 115 apartments, and shops overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The total value of the project, amounting to several billion euros, was developed over a decade by a team of Monegasque companies, including ENGECO.

The works carried out by ENGECO were divided into two lots. The first lot involved the construction of “Aménagements” and public facilities, including the Marina with 30 berths, a public parking lot, and the expansion of the Grimaldi Forum. The second lot involved the construction of the superstructures for the “maitrise d’ouvrage” of the residential buildings.
