Yesterday evening, in the evocative setting of the headquarters of Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., the Ozzano-based winery officially presented its new Metodo Classico, “Monticello”.

A preview that brought together many insiders, restaurateurs, journalists and more.

“This is an important moment for us,’ said the patron of Monte delle Vigne and president of Impresa Pizzarotti, Paolo Pizzarotti, ‘we wanted to make a classic method and we succeeded. It is on a different level from the classic sparkling wines we used to make. Another step forward in our quest for improvement, first by focusing on the organic winery and now a further step in the quest for the best”.
