Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. has recently started in Pisa the assembly activities of the prefabs of the new shipyard for the client Permare. The building occupies an area of more than 4,600 square meters and has 780 square meters of floors for office use distributed on three levels.

With an interior height of 21 meters and a length of over 120 meters, it will be able to accommodate yards for the construction of large yachts.

In recent years, Impresa Pizzarotti’s precast sector has built shipyards for major groups in the industry such as Sanlorenzo Yatch in Ameglia, The Italian Sea Group in Marina di Carrara, Overmarine and Mangusta in Viareggio, and Effebi Group, Codecasa and Rossinavi in Pisa.
