Since the 1970s, alongside the construction sector, we have developed the Precasting division, which operates in the field of industrial prefabrication, infrastructure and in the railways armament sector with the production of railway sleepers. There are four production centres.

The Ponte Taro (Parma) plant, where the management offices and the technical staff are also located , covers the catchment area of the north and peninsula. In addition to the construction of industrial precasting units, beams for the road and railway infrastructure are produced here . The Pontetaro hub is also equipped with a plant for the production of noise barriers and a plant for the production of railway sleepers.

Inside the Lucignano (Arezzo) plant, in addition to the traditional production of industrial precasting units, the production of prefabricated rings for the lining of a tunnel has recently been started in parallel, which represents a particularly strategic work for the National railway network: The Florence high-speed bypass .

In the center of Melfi (Potenza) works Traversud S.r.l. (controlled by Impresa Pizzarotti & C. s.p.a.), which is highly specialized in the production of railway and turnout sleepers.

These facilities are complemented by the Baragiano plant (Potenza), which manufactures prefabricated rings and high-speed rail beams designated for the new Salerno–Reggio Calabria HS/HC (High-Speed/High-Capacity) railway line, specifically the Battipaglia–Romagnano section, Lot 1A. The prefabricated rings are deployed into the Saginara GN04 and Piano Grasso GN06 tunnels.
