Pompei, Bishop Caputo visits the construction site of the Borrelli Church
In recent days, Monsignor Tommaso Caputo, Bishop of Pompeii, visited the construction site in Via Lepanto, where the new Borrelli Church is being built.
During the inspection, His Excellency was able to see the progress of the work; to date, all the reinforced concrete structures and internal partitions have been completed, and the internal and external plastering of the structure is nearing completion.
The metal trusses for the church roof will be installed shortly, and work will begin on preparing all the systems, followed by the finishing touches.
Completion is scheduled for spring 2026.
Good luck with the work!
