The new headquarters of MIAS SpA, a company of the Lanificio Guasti Srl – Fabbrica Tessile di Campi Bisenzio (FI) group, has been completed. This historic company was founded in 1962 and specializes in the production and sale of high-quality fabrics for the leading international haute couture houses.

The Prefabricated Division of Impresa Pizzarotti supplied the structures with the classic “water on the ground” formula, fully respecting the customer’s requests and with particular attention to the static, performance and aesthetic needs of the building. An intervention that, despite its small size, stands out for its high quality standards, attention to detail and a high level of customization, just like a tailored suit.

The building stands in a highly visible area, adjacent to the shopping center “I Gigli”, the most famous in Tuscany: a strategic location that further enhances its construction. Furthermore, in the city of Florence itself, Impresa Pizzarotti is involved in the construction of the Passante Alta Velocità and Nuova Stazione Belfiore.
