NAs part of the collaboration with BTP Emploi, Impresa Pizzarotti had the pleasure of opening the doors of the HFPE La Timone construction site to a group of 8 temporary workers, currently engaged in training as Building Operators specialized in Structural Works and Safety (HSE).

We strongly believe that direct contact with the operational reality is essential to value training and better prepare those entering our sector today. For this reason, an immersive morning was organized to allow them to experience the future work environment firsthand.

On the program:

• Guided tour of the construction site and discovery of its complex organization

• Presentation of trades and activities related to structural works

• Focus on safety, key value and number one rule in each of our construction sites

• Moments of direct confrontation with the Pizzarotti teams on the field

• A preview of their future professional mission

A valuable initiative to create an immediate connection with people, share our corporate culture, and lay the foundation for their operational entry into the pipeline.
