Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. has completed the new headquarters for its client Facopel, an Italian leader in hat manufacturing, now part of the prestigious Florence Group, a manufacturing hub for luxury goods and Italian-made products.

The project involved the construction of a multi-storey building with an intermediate floor, covering a total area of approximately 3,000 square metres. The building houses both production areas and spaces dedicated to showrooms, research and model development, reflecting the brand’s innovative and sartorial vocation.

The slatted cladding on the front façade is particularly noteworthy, perfectly integrated with our prefabricated panels. This project combines functionality, aesthetics and compliance with architectural requirements.

The structural work was completed in mid-2023, but the building has only been fully operational for a few months, following a thorough phase of internal and external completion. Today, it is modern, elegant and perfectly integrated into the urban context.
