We are members and partners of two strategic labs of SDA Bocconi School of Management.

INVESTinIT Lab works for the strategic alignment between public and private actors in for investments in primary assets, such as infrastructure and public services.
PNRR Lab is mainly intended for monitoring the National Recovery and Resilience Plan and related programs for its more effective implementation, facilitating the contribution of private entities.

It is a leading training project in Italy reserved for Top and Senior Managers, with over 200 companies registered and 2,000 participants per year. The program consists of more than 60 live meetings and 20 webinars relating to the topics of main interest for personal and professional development.

University master’s degree (II level) management of contracts, complaints and delays in construction works
The Master offers an internship of 550 working hours in a company, during which students learn the basics of forensic engineering in international projects: from complaint to dispute, to dispute commissions, to arbitration, with a specific focus on ICC arbitration rules and the practices of the Milan Chamber of Arbitration. It is a specific knowhow of the highest level, thanks to which our company can have technicians (engineers and architects) expert in the management of contracts and claims, capable of carrying out an analysis of delays according to consolidated international standards, an increasingly requested competence among general contractors in Italy and abroad.
We offer coaching courses, in partnership with a leading specialized company in the sector, held by certified business coaches all over the world.

We are part of the Valore D network, an association that gathers 340 companies and for more than ten years has been promoting gender balance and culture of inclusion in support of innovation, progress and growth of organizations and the country. Events, meetings, training courses and mentorships, webinars, sharing of best practices also at an international level are the tools with which Valore D wants to create a cultural change by putting women at the center, promoting talent and giving voice and space to inclusive leadership.
It is a degree award, announced by the National Council of Engineers, in favor of recent graduates who have produced brilliant theses in Engineering, on topics that are identified year by year by the CNI. With this award, we want to enhance the contribution of women within the various degree courses envisaged by the engineering system.
The WellDone project, which wants to share best practices and culture around the theme of corporate welfare, brings together some of the most important companies in the territory of Parma and province with the support of the association “Parma, Io ci sto!”. These are very different companies, in terms of production sector and size, that have in common the desire to invest in the well-being of their people.
Our company joins the Distretto Italia project, an agreement signed by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies together with Anpal Servizi, with the ELIS Consortium. An orientation, training and job placement project started at the beginning of 2023 on the initiative of 45 Italian companies, which aims to include people at risk of poverty and marginalization and individuals who make use of social support measures. Among these, also the beneficiaries of the inclusion allowance who can be activated for work. In a first study within the companies of the Distretto Italia, there are 10,000 open positions and since last April, the first Trade Schools for “Optical fibre”, “Software and network programming”, “Shipbuilding” and “Electrical systems” have already started. Over 2,000 applications were collected in two months, while the people who completed the first 5-week courses launched in the spring are now starting their career path. The objective is to train talent, listen to the real needs of companies and the country and create job opportunities.
The Corporate Volunteering project was born in 2017 thanks to the support of CSV Emilia, with the aim of promoting social responsibility, cooperation, collaboration and community well-being. Every year we identify topics of social interest that the company supports and we invite our people to make their contribution with active participation. We have helped the disabled, the elderly, prisoners, minors at risk and supported environmental and health projects. It is a nice way to share and put into practice the values we believe in.
