Over the past few days, the Enterprise Engineering team of Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. participated in a day of Outdoor Management Training (OMT) at Monte delle Vigne, an immersive experience focused on the development of soft skills and collaborative innovation.

Key themes for professional growth were explored, such as communication and collaboration, which are key to building new connections and improving teamwork. Transparency and listening to each other formed the basis for strengthening internal dynamics and optimizing team effectiveness. The right balance between leadership and mutual trust was also addressed, with the understanding that leading and being led are indispensable aspects of achieving complex goals. Creativity was identified as a key tool for problem solving, with the “Rube Goldberg Machine” activity demonstrating how every mistake can turn into an opportunity for growth and improvement.
