This initiative is part of a larger project called “Women’s Leadership,” which confirms our commitment to enhancing the skills of women in Pizzarotti in managerial positions and which sees the support as well as the participation of Enrica Pizzarotti member of the Board of Directors of Impresa Pizzarotti and of the Committee on Gender Equality.

In the event that involved in this first edition some of the women in our organization, both from corporate and operations, we explored the value of diversity and the benefits of DEI companies, analyzing market trends and the specific challenges faced by leaders.

We did this with coach Paola Ballabio and through the valuable career testimonials of Paola Faroldi Budget Manager, Italy Administration and Investee and Denise Po Innovation Manager. We are aware that this is a crucial issue on which the commitment of the entire organization is required, and we strive for an increasingly inclusive environment where diversity among people is considered a value.
