In recent days, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mario Casillo, Vice-President of the Campania Region and Councillor for Transport, Mobility and the Sea, to our construction sites in Pompeii.

This was an important opportunity to discuss and review the progress of one of the most significant urban and infrastructure integration projects for the metropolitan area.

The site visit provided a first-hand insight into the progress of the entire project, taking in both the sections already completed and handed back to the public, and the areas currently under construction.

The project aims to overcome the long-standing barrier posed by the EAV railway line, eliminating level crossings and reconnecting the urban fabric with the Sanctuary and the archaeological excavations through the key strategic stages entrusted to our teams.

The constant synergy between the Client, the Campania Region and the technical and operational professionals on the ground continues to be the driving force behind the realisation of a project that combines advanced civil engineering with the enhancement of our historical and cultural heritage.
