For Impresa Pizzarotti, collaboration between the different departments is essential to guarantee the success of orders and the continuous improvement of processes. With this objective, last week a day of meeting took place at the Parma headquarters involving the Technical Project Offices and the Project Engineering Department, in order to strengthen cooperation and align strategic activities.

The meeting represented a crucial moment to promote mutual knowledge, delve deeper into Project Engineering activities and their support to Operations, as well as explore the development of BIM activities. It was also an opportunity to analyze critical issues and future challenges, starting a discussion on solutions and proposals to optimize processes and improve the effectiveness of orders.

During the day, we worked together to examine each order, focusing on concrete activities, feedback and possible improvements. The Project Engineering Department illustrated its activities, while the Technical Project Offices shared proposals and solutions to continue along the growth path.
The meeting proved essential to further strengthen the collaborative spirit and collect ideas that will help make future projects more efficient.
