Don’t look for it on newsstands: this comic, specially created and illustrated by Zoé Redondo, was delivered by teams from Impresa Pizzarotti to the pediatrics department of the Policlinico de la Timone, dedicated to hospitalized children.

Through quarterly publications, young patients will be able to follow the evolution of the construction site of the future Hôpital Femmes Parents Enfants in Marseille, discovering the different phases of its construction in a playful and pedagogical way. An original way to allow them to better understand the design of the building that will welcome them tomorrow and to familiarize themselves with the many workers who work on its construction every day. This comic book adventure is also an opportunity to spark new vocations and introduce young people to the richness of the construction industry’s professions.

Currently, the Group — composed of the general construction company Impresa Pizzarotti (mandatory), the architecture firm MBA – Michel Beauvais Associés and the engineering company Oteis — is carrying out the construction of the future HFPE hospital, which will bring together the maternity, neonatology, gynecology departments and the clinical-biological centre for medically assisted procreation (PMA) currently located at the Hospital de la Conception, in addition to all the medical-surgical pediatrics services of the Timone Enfants building.

With nearly 400 beds and day hospitals, this new institution will be a key facility serving the women, parents, and children of the area.
