At 168 metres tall, Kula Belgrade is Serbia’s tallest and most iconic building: a tower that redefines the city skyline and serves as a landmark for the entire region. The architectural centrepiece of a major urban redevelopment project along the banks of the Sava River, the tower incorporates luxury residences, commercial spaces, offices, hotels and entertainment areas, helping to breathe new life into a strategic part of the capital.

Its sleek and elegant design makes it instantly recognisable: on the fourteenth floor, the structure changes shape and appears to “twist” on itself, creating a dynamic and distinctive silhouette. The building has two basement levels, a ground floor and 40 floors above ground, with a total gross area of over 66,700 m², including a two-level underground car park with 305 parking spaces.
