“Ingenio al Femminile” Award: also this year Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. takes the field as an Ambassador for the fifth edition of the initiative of the National Council of Engineers and carried out in collaboration with Cesop HR Consulting Company, which supports and promotes female talent in the world of engineering and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) disciplines.

This year’s theme is “Artificial Intelligence for the New Challenges of 2050.” A highly topical theme that invites young female engineers to reflect on the impact of artificial intelligence in transforming society, the economy and production processes, with a particular focus on sustainability, biotechnology and infrastructure.
