The Sustainability Report 2025 by Impresa Pizzarotti has been published, a document that recounts our journey and our way of doing business, the annual tool with which we renew our commitment to rigorously and transparently report on our environmental, social, and governance (ESG) decisions.

This year, the report marks a fundamental evolutionary step: the launch of the first, essential alignment with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), introducing dual materiality analysis. A key step that marks the beginning of an evolution in the way we collect, analyze, and report on corporate sustainability, measuring both the impact we generate on the outside world and how global challenges impact the resilience of our business.

In an ever-changing global market, we confirm the consistency between our historical values and daily operating practices, carrying out major construction and infrastructure projects that put respect for the environment and human rights at the center.

Our path continues to be based on careful and integrated risk management, cybersecurity, the development of technical solutions that foster the ecological transition, and open and transparent dialogue with all our partners and stakeholders.

This report captures a collective commitment that unites the headquarters, the production plants and all our construction sites, in Italy and abroad.
